Refund Policy - Services & High Altitude Wash Gear
At High Altitude Wash, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our drone-powered cleaning services in Park City or Heber City, contact us within 7 days of the service date, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost, subject to our assessment of the issue. For gear purchased through our shop, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, excluding original shipping fees. This policy does not cover damages due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
