High Altitude Wash provides professional pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Utah. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and agreement on scope and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns, property conditions, or non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment

• Service Requests: All service bookings are subject to confirmation by High Altitude Wash. We will provide an estimate based on the information you provide, but final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property or additional services required.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [credit cards, bank transfers, cash, check, crypto transfers, etc.]. A deposit may be required for certain services.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service due to the required solutions purchased. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $250. Refunds are at our sole discretion and will not be provided for services rendered to satisfaction or for cancellations outside the allowed period.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price unless additional services are requested.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access and Safety: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property for our team to perform services. This includes removing personal items, securing pets, and ensuring safe working conditions.

• Property Condition: You must disclose any known issues with the property (e.g., structural damage, hazardous materials) that could affect our ability to perform services safely or effectively.

• Permits and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowner association approvals, or permissions required for the services, in compliance with Utah local regulations.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, High Altitude Wash will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of the Website, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

• Property Damage: We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by undisclosed conditions. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with photographic evidence.

• No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by Utah law (e.g., implied warranties under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act). We do not guarantee specific results, such as complete stain removal, due to factors beyond our control (e.g., surface type, age of stains).

High Altitude Wash is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or equipment failure.  We will utilize direct communication when we see delays and relay them to the customer as quickly as possible for your convenience.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation in Utah, before pursuing legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Utah courts for any such disputes.

Under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act (Utah Code Ann. § 13-11-1 et seq.), you may have certain rights, including the right to clear and conspicuous disclosures about services and pricing.
